After two years with Bloomberg Media I am exploring new opportunities in the ever changing media/content/creative world. I joined Bloomberg as a Social Copywriter and, as often is the case, the role quickly expanded to included other content strategy and creative work, creating and filling the role of Global Integrated Content Specialist. I literally and figuratively sit in between the Creative Studio and Strategy and Insights teams and across the aisle from the Client Marketing (new business and RFP) team.
Some recent work includes creating branded social content for clients such as Wells Fargo, J.P. Morgan, KPMG, award nomiated work for Hyundai, and award winning work for 3M. I also helped lead an effort to identify, productize, and sell organic editorial social sponsorships for clients such as Citrix and TIAA. I work closely with our creative teams in New York, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong overseeing and implementing social-first creative thinking, as well as providing creative direction and copywriting for branded content campaigns. I work alongside our strategy team helping clients solve content distribution, cross-platform brand building, and community growth problems. I often work in tandem with creative leads and client marketers to create integrated responses to client RFPs (which is me trying to say “help write and design decks” in a fancy way.) All of this work has positioned me as one of the go-to people for client-facing social and integrated content conversations in the organization.
Ideally, I’m looking for a role that is not 100% pre-sale and allows me to get involved in the creative process, but really am pretty open to anyhting that is hands on, blending strategy and creative roles.
